when you have setup your company in peachtree, Next You have to to design the chart of account for your company. it is a list of accounts which you will use while recording transactions in peachtree such as Expenses, Incomes Assets, LiIf abilites etc.

step 1:Go to Maintain

step 2: Go to chart of Account Option

Step 3: Give Account ID  (01)

Step 4: in Description write Land And Building 

Step 5: in Account Type select Fixed Assets
