when you have setup your company in peachtree, Next You have to to design the chart of account for your company. it is a list of accounts which you will use while recording transactions in peachtree such as Expenses, Incomes Assets, LiIf abilites etc.

step 1:Go to Maintain

step 2: Go to chart of Account Option

Step 3: Give Account ID  (01)

Step 4: in Description write Land And Building 

Step 5: in Account Type select Fixed Assets

How to Create Your Own Company in peachtree

When you want to create your own company you have to select Option Open new Company first Of all form of the wizard is to be filled with the basic information of the company such as Company name, address, email address, fax number, web url, nature of business.

Next from chart of accounts Select Build your own . in third step, you will choose  Accrual accounting system. The fourth step requires you will have to  select  “Real time as your posting methods. then you have to give your accounting year and data entry year.
